Backup and Restore Sharepoint/MOSS or WSS

Backing up a sharepoint site (for the filename you can use .bak)
Stsadm –o backup –url <SiteURL> -filename <FileName>
Restore a sharepoint site from backup
Stsadm –o restore –url <restoretoURL> -filename <filetorestorefrom>
