Citrix Program Neighborhood agent credential problems

Problem:

Had a older version of Citrix PNA install did a upgrade on it to 10.xx, would go to login and it would work start refreshing applications then prompt me again for my credentials, then would login and again and again it would happen. Uninstalled Citrix Program Neighborhood agent and reinstalled a fresh copy of 10.xx down, same problem was happening.

OS: Windows XP SP2

Solulation:

WARINING: for step #3, make sure that you have a good backup before this step is done. As it could cause more problems then it solves if your not sure about what your doing.

1. Uninstall Citrix PNA
2. Reboot
3. Scan registry for “citrix” deleting all references to the Citrix PNA
4. Reboot
5. Reinstall Citrix PNA
6. Reboot (if you want)
